"Art does not have to be ugly." It does not have to be political or advance someones social agenda in order to
to make you think, feel, remember, escape, or show you something new.
My aim is to create scenes that are pleasing to the eye.
I strive to show the beauty of the world that I see and "how things could be" with some enhancement.
I'm particularly inspired and fascinated by water and how it reflects color and light.
I love to discover connections and blend objects going beyond their natural outlines to form larger shapes.
I'm pleased if people appreciate my work but leave it up to them to interpret as they choose. Nothing makes
me happier then to see people relate to my work based on their own experiences and draw out their own
feelings and attach their own meaning to my creations.
